一、測量原� 本文中介紹了一�(gè)用單片機(jī)�(shè)�(jì)的流量積算儀,它能適用于各種介質(zhì),如氣體、液體等,并能在全流程范圍內(nèi)�(jìn)行非線性調(diào)節(jié),用各種介質(zhì)的標(biāo)�(zhǔn)儀表對(duì)該流量計(jì)�(jìn)行檢定后,即可使之成為該介質(zhì)的流量計(jì)� 流量�(jì)由流量傳感器和流量積算儀兩部分組成,流量傳感器由旋渦�(fā)生體、傳感器探頭和產(chǎn)生輸出信�(hào)的相�(guān)電子電路組成� �(dāng)以一定流速流�(dòng)介質(zhì)遇到流量傳感器的旋渦�(fā)生體�(shí),旋渦產(chǎn)生的頻率與流速成正比,因此與管道�(nèi)的流量成正比,因此我們用單片�(jī)�(shè)�(jì)的流量積算儀,根�(jù)傳感器送來的頻率信�(hào),�(jìn)行累�(jì),顯�,并將累�(jì)流量和瞬�(shí)流量通過串行口通訊送到�(jì)算機(jī)中�(jìn)行處�,如形成�(bào)表等� 為使用儀表更加準(zhǔn)�,我們可以通軟件的方法使儀表非常精確,基本上可�(dá)�0.05[%]左右。首先在儀表出廠前,非用標(biāo)�(zhǔn)�(shè)置對(duì)該流量計(jì)�(jìn)行檢定后,即可記錄在全流程范圍內(nèi)的若干段中,每段�(nèi)單�(gè)頻率的每秒流量系�(shù)。然后通過四�(gè)鍵的鍵盤�(shè)置流量參�(shù),由單片�(jī)程序?qū)⑾到y(tǒng)全程的頻率對(duì)�(yīng)的每秒流量計(jì)算出來后,寫入單片機(jī)�24C16中� 正常測量�(shí),根�(jù)不同的頻率取�24C16中的相應(yīng)每秒流量,送到單片�(jī)中經(jīng)�(yùn)算,得到�(dāng)�(shí)的瞬�(shí)流量(米3/小時(shí)�,并�(jìn)行累�(jì)� 二、硬件電路原理圖 1、硬件中的核心是ATMEL生產(chǎn)的AT89C51/LV51單片�(jī),它是一種低功�/低電�、高性能�8位單片機(jī),片�(nèi)帶有一�(gè)4K字節(jié)的Flash可編程可擦除只讀存儲(chǔ)�,它采用了CMOS工藝和ATMEL公司的高密度非易失性存�(chǔ)器技�(shù),而且其輸出引腳和指令系統(tǒng)都與MSC-51兼容� 2、存�(chǔ)流量和參�(shù),用的存�(chǔ)器是ATMEL生產(chǎn)的AT24C16系列,它是一種帶有閃2K字節(jié)的可電擦除、可編程的只讀存儲(chǔ)�。通過單片�(jī)的P0.0和P0.1口與它的SDA和SCL分別相連,�(jìn)行讀寫操�� 3、一秒硬件復(fù)位電�,使用MC14060(十四位二�(jìn)制計(jì)�(shù)器)、二�(gè)74HC132(兩輸入與非門)和二�(gè)雙JK觸發(fā)器CD4027,在CD4027�15腳形成一秒寬的時(shí)鐘脈�� 4、CD4027�15腳接到RESET端,使單片機(jī)定時(shí)�(fù)�。單片機(jī)采用省電模式工作,每次輸�、累�(jì)、顯示處理后等待喚醒,這樣工作功耗非常小。設(shè)置補(bǔ)償系�(shù)�(shí),復(fù)位腳正常連接�
